Order Cancellation

In accordance with Consumer Protection Law, 1981

Payment & Cancellation Policy (No Refunds)

Payment for the service is an advance payment for reserving work time, planning, availability and resource allocation for the project.

This is a custom professional service, therefore after payment no refund will be given, full or partial, for any reason - including change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, change of needs or decision to stop the project.

No Refund Policy

  • After payment - no credit or refund will be given under any circumstances.
  • After all revision rounds included in the package are used, the work will be delivered as is.
  • In case of work stoppage at the client's initiative, deliverables completed up to that point will be handed over - without refund.

Additional Work Pricing

Any correction or change beyond the original brief or beyond the revision rounds included in the package:

$70/hour + VAT

Continued work beyond the agreed scope will be performed with additional payment and prior written agreement.

Digital Signature & Contract

Payment constitutes full, binding and irrevocable acceptance of all terms in the work contract. Checking the confirmation box and/or making payment constitutes a binding digital signature in accordance with the Electronic Signature Law, 2001.

The client waives any claim of ignorance or misunderstanding of the terms.

Legal Framework

Our cancellation policy is based on the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, specifically Section 14c(d) which states that a digital product transaction cannot be cancelled after its execution has begun. Web design and development services are custom digital products that cannot be returned after work has begun.
